California Strength Athlete Training Performance Programs

Our Performance Strength & Conditioning is designed for dedicated athletes who aspire to create separation from the competition.  Athletes are selected for this program by the California Strength staff at the initial evaluation. Veteran California Strength athletes may also advance into the program after graduation from our Youth Strength & Conditioning program.  The selection process is based not only on physical attributes, such as speed and strength, but also on quality of character.

California Strength’s Performance program places intense focus on Strength, Speed and Power development.  The Performance Program combines high levels of general physical preparation with careful attention to the athlete’s individual needs.  The Performance Program takes into account the athletes sport specific needs in addition to the individuals personal recovery needs, nutrition requirements and time horizon.  California Strength’s Performance Program is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous strength, speed and power plateaus.
