Research shows that ages 7 to 11 are critical years in a child's life for motor skill development. California Strength utilizes the most current research, combined with a fun and friendly environment to build a foundation of athletic performance for our young athletes.
We take every athlete through our proprietary athletic screening process designed to assess strengths and weaknesses and group the athlete accordingly. After completing the initial evaluation, we place the athlete in a California Strength Group with young athletes of similar ages and abilities.


Our facility contains equipment that is designed for young athletes to be able to begin the strength and conditioning process safely and confidently.
