The Barbell WOD
Who is This Program For: Intermediate - Advanced athletes who are looking for a barbell program that will improve their Olympic lifting technique while making serious gains in strength across Olympic, squatting, pressing and pulling movements. This program is designed to be completed in conjunction with your already existing Metcon / Skill training schedule.
Frequency: Three (3) barbell workouts a week that take approximately 60 minutes to complete. Formatted in four (4) week training cycles.
What to Expect: The program is designed to peak and taper according to the CrossFit Competition Schedule, specifically the Open competition. Each 4 week cycle is built to develop the best aspects of an athlete as well as address any common deficiencies in strength and technique. An in-depth exercise demonstration video and points of performance is included for every exercise prescribed.
Price: $15 per month or $150 per year

Additional Features: Every Monday morning from 11am - 12pm PST, Head Coach Dave Spitz is live on the TrainHeroic Feed to answer your training questions and to critique your lifting videos. During the week, the California Strength Coaching Staff is available for questions, exercise substitutions, video analysis and encouragement!
