Lots of Squats at California Strength

With the American Open in the rear-view mirror, and 8 months to go until Nationals, the team turns to the next cycle of training with the intention of sending their strength levels through the roof. With a hybridized version of a Russian Squat program in the cards for the next 6 weeks, they start things off with some light sets of 6 and heavy sets of 3 and 5 in the back squat, and 1 rep max on the front squat.
