California Strength Women's (-63kg)
Who is This Program For: Intermediate to Advanced female lifters who want a training program that takes physiological differences into account.
Frequency: 5 sessions a week that take approximately 90 minutes to complete. Formatted in four (4) week training cycles.
What to Expect: Train with the program and coaching staff that continues to produce our country's elite Olympic lifters. The program is designed to peak and taper according to the USA Weightlifting Competition Schedule. Each four week cycle is built to develop the best aspects of our past training programs as well as address any common deficiencies in strength and technique. An in-depth exercise demonstration video and points of performance is included for every exercise prescribed. Take your lifting to the next level and train with the California Strength team!
Price: $20 per month or $200 per year
