No problem! Just be patient with it. Sometimes your body wants to adapt to something really quick, and sometimes with flexibility it is completely on your body's time. It will adapt when IT wants to haha! Just don't push it too far too...

Yep, 1x per week will be fine. Just work up into doing more volume and work on it. 1x/week will be a great start. Definitely not more often than that. Maybe work up to a 1 rep max every 3-4 weeks, and between then just go ahead and do sets of 3-5,...

Rippetoe argues that the low-bar squat bottom position resembles the start position of the pull more than the high bar squat which is why he believes Oly lifters should low bar squat....

If I were you I would take a look at the Coan Phillipi deadlift routine. You can find it here:

I used that when I was training a lot of powerlifting and absolutely LOVED...
