Power Sled with Adjustable Harness

The Power Sled helps to improve acceleration and power in the hips and thighs with weight resisted sprints. Heavy-duty design makes sled great short burst training, or use the handles for push training. Adjustable shoulder harness attaches to 14' nylon lead, which attaches to each side of sled, providing a distance of 7'. Harness and lead come in custom carrying bag.
