NEW Weightlifting Classes starting at California Strength this weekend!

Intermediate Olympic Lifting Class

A coached class for lifters with some experience with the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Coaches will help attendees with technical refinements and provide programming for the day. This class follows the California Strength Club Team programming. Class is capped at 10 attendees. Please bring weightlifting shoes and any other equipment (wraps, knee sleeves) you may require to lift.

Intro to Weightlifting

This is a coached class for beginners to the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Coaches will run all attendees through a tailored progression to work on the technique of the Olympic lifts, as well as work through strength exercises and additional accessory and mobility work. Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare and warm up. Please bring weightlifting shoes and any other equipment (wraps, knee sleeves) you may require to lift.

The Barbell WOD Coached Class

A coached class working within The Barbell WOD. Work on your Olympic lifts with our California Strength coaches. Your coach will run you through a full warm up, the prescribed Barbell WOD for the day and a cool-down mobility workout.
