Frequency & Duration: Expect to commit to 5 workouts a week, able to be completed in an hour or less. 
What to expect:  The Barbell WOD Plus is an holistic approach to barbell work designed to promote strength, power and function. Your barbell lift capacity will grow, your technique will become more efficient. At 5 workouts a week, the Barbell WOD Plus is a commitment that if adhered to will yield results.
