Day 3 of the BFS Cycle

On Day 3 of the BFS Cycle, the team continues to work on getting Braver Faster and Stronger. The workout starts with snatches from Position 1, focusing on eliminating the counter move (no hitting with the hips) and forcing them to pull themselves under the bar Faster. They follow that up with 1 clean + 2 jerks, having to steel themselves for that second jerk after lowering the bar down from the first. They finish the workout with 5x5 back squats.
