The Skill WOD is a structured three day per week program based on mastering elemental gymnastic position, developing core strength and completing strict pull or press progressions. A perfect program for those looking to achieve a pull up or muscle up. The program is made available through the mobile coaching application, TrainHeroic.

The Skill WOD is built to compliment the Barbell WOD Program (an online weightlifting program developed by California Strength).
