California Strength's weightlifting programs are developed with a modern approach to weightlifting. We understand that as a broader segment of the population picks up the sport our methodologies must adapt.  Our programs are tested across a wide domain of athletes from beginners to international competitors, and proven in house through our successful weightlifting team. All our programming is grounded in good science and with pragmatic eye to developing performance in the sport of weightlifting.

Starter Program

Our 3 day per week program designed for the beginner lifter wanting to add some structure to their liftng and to develop technique.

Club Program

5 days per week. Designed for more experienced weightlifters who wish to compete in the sport of weightlifting. 

Elite Program

The same program our Elite Weightlifting team follows. Lift along with the team. This is an intense program requiring a large time commitment.
