California Strength has dominated the United States Olympic weightlifting landscape, producing numerous National Team Titles, American Records and earning medal recognition on the international stage. CEO and Founder Dave Spitz holds recognition as one of the few USA Weightlifting Senior International Coaches in the country and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

In addition to Olympic weightlifting, we specialize in athletic performance and have worked with and developed athletes of all sports, age and experience levels from youth to the professional ranks.
