No. This program is all about Pressing, Pulling and includes targeted bodybuilding accessory movements designed to promote structural balance, upper body and core strength.
How long is this program?
Eight weeks but you can repeat this program as many times as you'd like within one year from date of purchase.
What is the average session length?
The average session length is 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the volume and intensity prescribed.
Can I sign up if I am located outside of the USA?
Yes, our online teams and programs are delivered through the mobile application TrainHeroic, which is available to athletes and coaches worldwide! This program will be released at the end of February!
